Change of Mind Returns Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
